What it does

Rotaready Evo is a hospitality workforce-management application from Access. It combines rota planning, staff records, absence, time and attendance and labor-cost reporting, with connections to payroll and other hospitality systems.

Review a rota as both coverage and cost. Rotaready Evo combines scheduling with wage, revenue and forecast information, so a restaurant manager can inspect how an extra shift changes the plan before publishing. Availability, absence and shift swaps provide the employee context.

Attendance can be captured on a phone or shared device. Mobile clock-ins can have a location radius, while photo or PIN checks and shift reminders support the chosen method. The system matches punches with scheduled shifts and flags missed records. Review actual hours against the rota, resolve exceptions and send signed-off time to the connected payroll system.

Packages and payroll scope

Package Pricing basis
Pro Monthly cost calculated for the business
Pro + Forecasting Monthly cost calculated for the business
Premium Monthly cost calculated for the business

Confirm the forecasting scope in the selected package. Exporting to an existing payroll system and buying the fully managed payroll bureau are different arrangements; the bureau costs extra.

Employees need a Rotaready account and the organization name to log in. If that name is forgotten, the login page can recover it by verifying the email address attached to the account.

Strengths

  • Combines hospitality rotas with live wage-cost and attendance context.
  • Supports approved timesheet transfer into connected payroll workflows.

Watch out for

  • The managed payroll bureau costs extra, and forecasting scope needs to be checked against the selected package.

Best for

  • Hospitality operators planning staffing costs and approving worked time across venues
