What it does
The Dividend Tracker monitors portfolio income, dividend schedules and progress toward goals. Analytics add diversification and growth views, while payment alerts highlight changes. A free account supports a small manually imported portfolio; Premium expands the limits and adds automatic broker imports.
The Dividend Tracker brings dividend dates and projected income into the same portfolio workspace. Goals focus the review on income progress, with analytics for growth and diversification. Keep a projection separate from payments already received, especially when a company has recently changed its dividend.
Two annual-income figures can answer different questions. Dashboard Annual Income projects income from current holdings and uses the preceding day’s exchange rate. Portfolio Summary annualizes the most recent non-special dividend. A difference between them is not necessarily a missing transaction. The projection model also needs at least six historical payments, which can leave newer securities without an estimate.
The free plan includes one portfolio, ten holdings, one watchlist and CSV imports. Premium costs US$8.99 monthly or US$89.99 annually and expands this to ten portfolios with unlimited holdings and watchlists. It adds automatic broker imports, CSV exports, unrestricted calendar access and more detailed metrics. Premium does not have a free trial.
Broker imports are not immediate: updates usually arrive within 24 hours and can take as long as 72 hours for some connections. For account creation, enter a name, email address and password, or use an available social sign-in option; the phone field is optional. Access is available on the web and through iOS and Android apps.
