The RealReal excludes handbags, luggage, swimwear, beauty, As Is items and items discounted by at least 40% from ordinary returns. For eligible purchases, request an RMA within 14 days and return the item within 21 days of the original shipment date or store purchase. The clock does not begin at delivery, and the security tag must remain attached.
