What it does
The StoryGraph tracks reading and helps choose books through mood, pace and topic filters. It includes reading journals, challenges and buddy reads.
Use mood and pace filters when genre alone does not narrow your next read enough. In a buddy read, reactions stay hidden until another reader reaches the relevant point, helping the group discuss a book at different speeds. Most features are free, with a separate Plus plan.
Its Goodreads import maps custom shelves to StoryGraph tags while importing the main reading-status shelves. Check that mapping before rebuilding a detailed shelf system manually.
