What it does
The Works website presents books, art and craft supplies, stationery, toys and games, with activity ideas and store information. Purchases now take place in its shops; online ordering and Click & Collect are no longer available.
Use The Works to plan a craft session or a reading purchase before visiting a shop. The art, craft and book ranges help turn an activity into a materials list, while inspiration and printable activities provide ideas that do not require a purchase.
The website cannot show whether an item is in stock at a particular store. Use the store locator for contact details and ask the shop before making a special journey. The official FAQ also says online ordering and Click & Collect have ended. Legacy accounts are kept for previous-order reference, and business-to-business and education ordering is paused.
