What it does

TIKR brings stock screening, financial statements, transcripts and valuation models into one workspace. Its Free account covers US stocks; global data requires a paid subscription. Watchlists can bring company filings, news and earnings events together.

From a screen to the company details

Filter stocks by country, industry or financial measures, open a company's history and read its earnings transcript. The Custom Valuation Builder lets you enter assumptions and save a model to revisit later. Disclosed investor holdings are another starting point for company analysis, not a live view of every trade.

Coverage by plan

Tier Financial history Transcript history
Free Five annual years, eight quarters 90 days
Plus Ten annual years, 20 quarters One year
Pro Ten annual years, 40 quarters Ten years
Ultimate 30 annual years, 40 quarters Full available history

Free allows one saved screen and needs no credit card. Plus adds global coverage and ten saved screens; Pro permits 30 and Ultimate removes that screen limit. Create an account through Free Sign Up, then choose a paid tier if its data coverage is needed.

Strengths

  • Connects screens, company financials and transcripts
  • Valuation builder exposes forecast assumptions

Watch out for

  • The Free plan covers US stocks only
  • Investor portfolios reflect disclosed holdings rather than every current position

Best for

  • Global fundamental equity research
