What it does

Tilores is a real-time entity resolution layer. It matches duplicate and conflicting records as they arrive and keeps one resolved view of each person, company or transaction. Source data flows in through GraphQL or pre-built connectors, and resolved entity events flow out to data warehouses, fraud platforms and AI applications. Rules are explicit, tunable and auditable, so the reason two records were linked can be shown. It runs in the vendor's AWS environment, in the customer's own cloud or on premises.

Tilores Studio is a desktop application for macOS, Windows and Linux. The download bundles the Studio binary, pre-configured person and company matching cases, and sample CSV datasets. Local mode is free, needs no account or licence key, and holds up to 100,000 records. Data stays on the machine. The same Studio install can connect to a Tilores Cloud deployment, where it becomes the interface for production. Local and connected modes share the same matching rules and GraphQL API, so there is no migration step. Tilores is AWS-native by default and can also run in a customer's AWS account, on another cloud, or on premises. The engine depends on a key-value store, a queue and file storage. The company is Tilo Tech GmbH in Berlin, founded in 2021 as a spin-out from the German credit bureau Regis24. Documentation and an API reference are published at docs.tilotech.io. Pricing and a demo booking route are listed on the site.
