What it does

Timeless records conversations from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, phone calls and in-room meetings. It transcribes speech with speaker identification and supports conversations that move between Hebrew and English. Each customer or project gets a room that holds its meetings, recordings and documents together. The tool produces summaries, recaps and pages from meetings, and answers questions using the stored meeting history. It can also take actions in the tools a team already uses, such as opening a ticket, drafting an update or writing a page. Notifications surface important moments and allow recording to start. Apps are available for macOS and Windows, with a web option and a sign in page. There are integrations for Claude Code and Codex, plus API and MCP documentation. The site states no model training on user data, consent first capture, SOC 2 Type II compliance and EU data residency.

Downloads are offered for macOS and Windows, and the Mac install page gives manual install steps. Sign in uses a Google account. Pricing, privacy policy, terms and documentation pages are linked from the site. The site reports hours recorded on Timeless, but no price figures appear in the evidence.
