What it does

Timetastic manages leave requests, approvals and shared staff availability, with regional public holidays assigned per employee. Business and Pro focus on absence management; Rota & Time Clock adds shift planning and working-time records. All three plans offer a thirty-day trial before monthly per-user billing.

Under Users, open an employee's Allowance tab, select a public-holiday country and region, then save. These dates appear in the Calendar and Wallchart without reducing annual allowance. If the employment allowance includes holidays, subtract them before entering it. Bulk updates handle several employees; Settings, Public Holidays lets administrators add or remove regional dates.

Pick the tools needed

Plan Main capabilities
Business Shared leave calendar, allowance records and approvals
Pro Adds booking limits by leave type, absence trends and company reports
Rota & Time Clock Shift planning, clocking, timesheets, leave and employee information

Each plan bills per user each month, without a minimum term. The trial starts without a card; continuing requires adding payment details, and an unused trial simply expires. Create an account with email and a password of at least twelve characters, or use Google. If an employer already uses Timetastic, ask the manager for an invitation.

Strengths

  • Public-holiday calendars can be assigned separately for each employee
  • Regional holiday settings support bulk changes

Watch out for

  • Public holidays sit outside annual allowance, so inclusive allowances need adjustment during setup

Best for

  • Teams managing staff leave across different public-holiday regions
