What it does
TOConline integrates accounting, invoicing, purchases, assets and stock records. It is provided through Portugal’s Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados and is subscribed to by certified accountants.
Your certified accountant arranges TOConline access. They register the licence and company in their reserved OCC member area, then invite the business to work in the same system. Business owners can request access to a demonstration company through that accountant.
The bank workflow connects accounts, imports statement movements and uses them for reconciliation. Purchases include expense recording and approval. Sales, purchases, stock and payroll records feed assisted accounting entries, which the accountant confirms.
| Licence | Published starting price, before VAT | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| ACT documentation | Free | Document archive and templates for labour-inspection records |
| Gestão Comercial | EUR 108 per year | Invoicing, purchases and stock management |
| Gestão Administrativa | EUR 175 per year for five companies | Accounting, payroll and asset management |
The free ACT archive is a document service, not free bookkeeping. Licences run for six or twelve months; the displayed monthly figures are reference amounts. If a company changes certified accountant, its Gestão Comercial licence can be transferred. Licence subscription, renewal and deactivation remain the accountant's responsibility.
