What it does
ToffeeShare is a peer-to-peer file-sharing service whose sender keeps the browser session open while recipients download.
Select a file and leave its sending tab available for the recipient. ToffeeShare states that closing the tab ends access because it sends from the device rather than retaining an online copy. That makes it useful for a coordinated handover, but unsuitable when the sender needs to shut down before the recipient arrives. The no-storage statement is the provider's published description.
Strengths
- Direct browser-based file sending
- No account-based storage workflow
Watch out for
- Closing the sending browser ends file availability
Best for
- Coordinated one-off file handovers
