What it does

Tokocrypto offers Indonesian rupiah crypto purchases, exchange markets and mobile apps. Its Beli/Jual flow supports immediate purchases or limit orders with an expiry date. Identity verification is required for buying and selling.

The Beli/Jual tab offers Instant and Limit modes. Instant uses the available quote. Limit lets you set the price and an expiry from one hour to 30 days; an order that never reaches its price expires without execution. Select the coin, review the conversion preview and check the amount before submitting.

The main exchange has a different fee schedule. For rupiah purchases, its published total is 0.1222% for makers or 0.2222% for takers, including the exchange levy. Rupiah sales total 0.3322% or 0.4322% because the sale tax is added. Crypto-to-crypto trades have their own combined rate. Beli/Jual advertises no additional trading fee, but taxes and exchange charges still apply, so a zero-fee label does not mean a cost-free transaction.

To verify an account in the app, choose Mulai Verifikasi, then Data Pribadi, select nationality and supply the requested identity and selfie information. The guide names KTP for Indonesian citizens and KITAS for foreign applicants.

Tokocrypto also provides fiat funding and crypto withdrawal guides. Funding through QRIS or the named e-wallets costs 2%, and rupiah withdrawals cost Rp10,000. Crypto prices can fall sharply after purchase.

Strengths

  • Limit orders in Beli/Jual can expire after a chosen period
  • Separate guides for fiat funding and crypto transfers

Watch out for

  • Zero trading commission in Beli/Jual still leaves taxes and exchange charges
  • QRIS and named e-wallet deposits incur a 2% charge

Best for

  • Indonesian users comparing immediate rupiah purchases with time-limited price orders
