What it does
TradeBench provides a free trading journal with trade plans, checklists, position calculations and an open-trades dashboard. It runs in a browser and requires an account. All tools are sponsor-funded, with one sponsor-link click required each month.
TradeBench separates planning, open-trade monitoring and later review. Before entering a position, record the setup, stop and target. Its position calculation applies your chosen risk and capital limits to the account value. Potential trades can also be sorted by rating or reward-to-risk ratio and transferred into a full trade plan.
Labels and checklists carry the plan into the eventual journal entry. Paste a chart image into the notes to retain the setup you saw at the time. After closing the trade, reports can compare strategies, labels, instruments, dates or broker accounts. Paper-trading results are kept separate from real account performance.
All tools are free, with no paid plans or card requirement. The published condition is clicking one sponsor link per month, shown at login and sent by email.
TradeBench is intended for a larger browser workspace: phones are not officially supported. Options are also outside its supported instruments. If it cannot obtain a quote for an entered instrument, the open-position calculation uses the entry price instead of a current market price. Closed-trade data can be exported for a spreadsheet, but pasted screenshots must be saved individually.
