What it does
TradeZella combines trade journaling with execution replay, notes, strategy review and historical backtesting. Broker connections or file imports populate the journal, while paid plans set account, AI and backtesting allowances.
TradeZella's replay synchronizes a chart with recorded fills. Open an individual trade or use Day Replay for a whole session, adjust playback speed, and jump to an entry, exit or scale-in. Notes and screenshots can preserve the context behind an execution. Historical backtesting has a separate workspace for simulated trades.
To bring in actual trades, choose Add Trade > Add New Account and select your broker. The available route is either Sync or File Upload. The Integration Guide button explains that broker's requirements. On a trade page, inspect the Executions tab, attach supporting charts and link the trade to its strategy. The top filters narrow the journal by account, date or tags.
Subscription choices
| Plan | Monthly price | Connected accounts | Automated backtesting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $35 | 1 | Not included |
| Pro | $59 | Up to 50 | 10 runs per month |
| Ultra | $99 | Unlimited | 100 runs per month |
All three include manual backtesting. Essential allows ten saved strategies, while Pro and Ultra allow unlimited strategies and replay. AI credits are also metered: 500, 1,500 and 3,000 per month respectively.
Trade Replay is included in Pro and Ultra. Private Spaces and mentor access have their own plan limits: Essential can join, Pro can also create spaces, and Ultra expands those allowances. Using the journal requires an account and a paid subscription.
Strengths

Watch out for
