What it does

Tribe CRM connects lead qualification, opportunities, customer history, quotes and operations. Qualified lead details carry into a prospect and sales opportunity while the original lead remains as history. Seat subscriptions have minimum user counts and quarterly or annual billing, with a 14-day trial.

Keep qualification separate from the sales forecast. When a Tribe lead becomes qualified, its details create a prospect and sales opportunity; the original lead becomes read-only history. The deal then carries its phase, products and next steps, with product and price information available for the quote.

Seats and automation

Plan EUR/seat/month, billed quarterly EUR/seat/month, billed yearly Minimum seats
Essential 44 39 2
Advanced 75 69 2
Ultimate 89 79 5

Advanced adds project and service work and broader automations. Scheduled, time-based automation belongs to Ultimate. Seat prices are independent of the number of stored contacts. Free Trial opens fourteen days of account access.

PerfectView customers moving to Tribe can use its Excel template for contacts, companies and deals. Guided migration is a separate service; the import template is the route for preparing those records.

Strengths

  • Qualified lead details carry into the opportunity while the original history remains
  • Quotes reuse product and price information from the deal

Watch out for

  • Published plans require at least two users, or five for Ultimate
  • Time-based automation requires Ultimate

Best for

  • Sales teams connecting qualification and quotations, including organisations moving from PerfectView
