What it does
Trimage provides a graphical and command-line interface for PNG and JPEG optimization using several compression utilities.
Add PNG or JPEG web assets through the file dialog or drag/drop, or use the CLI's file and directory options for repeated jobs. Trimage coordinates several optimizers, describing lossless image compression while removing EXIF and other metadata. Keep an archival original when that information matters. The MIT-licensed application documents Linux and macOS routes and depends on Python 3, Qt5 and the underlying compression utilities.
