Employees can enroll in benefits and record work time, while administrators follow hours and payroll information in the same platform. Service packages are quoted per employee each month, with different levels of specialist involvement.
HR Plus suits a business that wants ongoing administrative help as well as software. TriNet offers advisory access or a dedicated specialist; Payroll Pro adds pay-run and payroll-tax assistance, while People Pro covers areas such as employee departures, policies and compensation planning.
In the platform, employees record hours on a computer, phone or TimeKeeper app and can assign time to project codes. The dashboard shows attendance and pay-period totals, with an audit log of edited entries. Hours synchronize with the connected platform; scheduling also supports role-based shifts and blocked dates.
