What it does

Tripletex provides Norwegian business accounting with invoices, receipts, time records and optional operational features. Business owners and accountants can work in the same system.

A Tripletex mobile workflow can begin with a receipt photo or a time entry made away from the office. Those records then contribute to accounting or project work. Accountant access lets the owner and adviser work in the same system instead of exchanging updated files.

The standard Norwegian packages have these starting monthly prices, excluding VAT:

Package Monthly price Main scope
Basis NOK 199 Invoices, accounting and the app
Smart NOK 299 Adds the option to select payroll, banking and integrations
Pro NOK 479 Payroll for one user, integrations and broader reporting and approval tools
Komplett NOK 649 Project budgets, time records and project invoicing
Enterprise Quote Larger, tailored configurations

Each standard package includes 500 accounting vouchers a year. Crossing that allowance increases the subscription automatically; the next band adds NOK 210 monthly. Bank integration adds NOK 49 monthly, and other modules can add further charges.

Change packages under Selskap > Mitt abonnement. There is a three-month cancellation notice period. The 14-day trial uses sample data, requires registration but no payment details, and expires automatically. If you buy afterwards, you begin with a clean company setup rather than carrying the trial records into live bookkeeping.

Strengths

  • Mobile receipt and time-entry workflows
  • Shared access for a business and its accountant

Watch out for

  • Voucher volumes above 500 a year increase the subscription
  • Optional modules add charges and cancellation requires three months’ notice

Best for

  • Norwegian businesses linking everyday records with their accountant’s work
