What it does

TrueContext guides mobile field work through forms, dispatch and connected workflows. Repeatable sections gather several equipment items or parts within one job, with a summary table for reviewing entries. Organizations subscribe at team level, with higher tiers adding resource libraries, advanced repeated sections and connected data tools.

For an inspection containing several pieces of equipment, TrueContext can repeat one question set for each item. The form's summary table then helps the worker distinguish the completed entries.

Put rules that enable or ignore a whole repeatable section in the main form. Rules for questions inside an entry belong inside that section: open its Conditional Logic area and choose Add a Rule. The questions affected by an action must follow those used in its condition. This lets an equipment answer reveal a follow-up question within the same item.

On the mobile form, choose Add Entry, complete the required answers and select the checkmark to return to the summary table. Choose which columns the table shows when designing the form. A footer can total numeric values across entries.

Plan Main additions
Digital Form building, conditional logic, dispatch and PDF, Word or Excel reports
Intelligent Advanced repeatable sections, resource libraries, camera-to-text and group dispatch
Elite Record history, on-demand data sources, webhooks and multilingual documents

Digital is an annually billed team subscription; Intelligent and Elite use custom pricing. Standard repeatable sections are available on all three tiers.

Request the trial with your company and contact details. No credit card is required. Using the service requires organization credentials.

Strengths

  • Repeated entries use one question set and a configurable summary table
  • Rules can react separately to answers inside each repeated entry

Watch out for

  • Logic inside a repeatable section can target only later questions or sections within that entry

Best for

  • Field teams collecting several items within one inspection or work order
