What it does
TrueLoyal connects rewards with customer advocacy. Purchases, receipt scans, reviews and community activities contribute to a shared profile across direct and third-party retail channels.
Keep everyday purchase points separate from product promotions. TrueLoyal can award the base purchase rate and a line-item campaign bonus as distinct transactions, making the promotion's cost easier to review.
Receipt scanning recognizes purchases from retailers the brand does not control. Fan Club adds missions for reviews, referrals, photos and feedback, including collection of content usage rights. Rewards and Fan Club can be used individually or together.
Pricing is a custom quote based on goals, scale and integrations. There are no standard published tiers to compare; define the intended program and connections before requesting the proposal.
Integration setup
TrueLoyal has separate loyalty and advocacy APIs. Loyalty handles members, points, rewards, tiers and transactions; advocacy covers content, assets, experiences and rights. Select the API that owns the data you need.
For loyalty integrations, sign into Admin Console. General, Settings contains the partner ID; General, API Keys lets a full-access administrator create a named key. Programs allow at most 20 keys. The Admin API uses the key and partner ID, while frontend access uses a signed token and exposes less information. The Guest API returns only basic program details.
Before browser calls, add the site's origin under General, Settings, CORS Settings and save. Keep different integrations on separate keys so one connection can be deactivated without changing the others.
