What it does

Outbound Shield is designed around an organization’s rules. Data-classification and data-loss-prevention policies determine which messages need protection, rather than relying only on a sender remembering to choose encryption.
The product also documents recalling access, restricting forwarding and revoking attachment access inside its protected workflow. Reporting can show how protected messages are being used. Those features make this an outbound mail-control layer, not an anonymous mailbox service.
