What it does
Letterhead helps media publishers produce and manage a portfolio of newsletters, with reusable templates, approvals and advertising tools. Studio connects to an existing email provider; Suite adds audience management and sending. Both require a quote based on newsletter count and audience size.
Letterhead Studio handles newsletter production while your existing email provider continues sending. Connect that provider, build or import templates, prepare editions and manage approvals in Letterhead, then send through the existing system. Edition data is available in both. A publisher with several local titles can use global or lockable templates to keep shared elements consistent while each team prepares its own edition.
The broader platform also manages direct, programmatic and house promotions across newsletters. Choose Studio to keep your existing sender, or Suite to move audience management and delivery into Letterhead. Some integrations are listed as native, while others require a vendor conversation. Both Studio and Suite are quoted for your newsletter count and audience size. The Get your pricing form asks for your name, work email, company, number of newsletters and total subscribers. Details about your current provider and sending volume are optional.
