What it does

Profound combines Answer Engine Insights, prompt research and AI-agent traffic analysis with a broader AI marketing workspace. Its agents and brand context tools also support content, campaign, PR and recurring marketing workflows.

Profound's Answer Engine Insights tracks brand mentions, citations, sentiment and competing recommendations. Its wider workspace includes prompt research, AI-agent traffic analysis and an AI Marketer that uses your team's brand information to draft content and other marketing work.

Read the cited pages and answer context to decide what needs attention. An inaccurate product claim calls for different work from a question your website does not answer. Context Manager holds brand material, while Agents handle repeatable tasks.

What the trial includes

Create an account with your email to start. The free trial tracks 50 recommended prompts daily for seven days across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, with one region and language. Those prompts cannot be customized. It also includes limited AI Marketer credits, but no history, exports or API access.

For ongoing tracking, custom prompts, more engines and exports, request an Enterprise demo and quote. Agent usage has a separate credit budget: more complex runs consume more credits. Both offers allow unlimited seats.

Strengths

  • Connects AI-answer mentions with cited pages and competing brands.
  • Uses shared brand context across content and other marketing tasks.

Watch out for

  • Trial prompts are recommended by the service and cannot be customized.
  • Continuing tracking, exports and API access require Enterprise scope.

Best for

  • Marketing teams connecting AI-search research with content and brand corrections
