What it does
Turkish Food Travel is Ayşenur Altan's cooking and food resource. It publishes Turkish recipes, ingredient articles and food videos, with browsing by dish, meal, ingredient and baking type. Istanbul cooking workshops are offered separately.
Choose a dish type when the question is what to cook: meze, soup, kebab, rice and one-pot meals have their own routes. Ingredient categories offer another approach if you already have eggplant, legumes or another main item to use.
The ingredient series and Ottoman-food material add context beyond a recipe card. That is useful when a Turkish preparation uses a grain, drink or seasoning you have not encountered before. Workshop and travel material sit alongside the cooking archive; use the recipe navigation for a home-cooking visit and the relevant workshop page for an in-person class.
Strengths
