What it does
Typeform creates online surveys, quizzes and lead forms with questions that change according to earlier answers. Marketing and customer-feedback teams can collect responses, connect them to other apps and review results. A free account includes unlimited forms but only 10 responses a month across them, according to its free-plan guide.
Start with the response allowance
Typeform's Free plan includes branching, calculations, custom ending screens and spreadsheet exports. Its help guide sets the allowance at 10 responses per month across the account, so it is mainly suitable for trying a form or collecting a small amount of feedback. Typeform says it experiments with plans; the allowance shown in your account takes precedence.
| Plan | Included monthly responses | Users |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | 100 | 1 |
| Plus | 1,000 | 3 |
| Business | 10,000 | 5 |
Plus removes Typeform branding. Business adds drop-off rates and conversion tracking. Paid features can be explored in trial mode, but sharing a form that uses them requires an upgrade.
For example, a customer questionnaire can branch from a multiple-choice answer to a relevant follow-up, then send responses to Google Sheets. Create an account with an email address, choose a template or use the form builder, and open the Connect panel to see the available integrations.
