What it does
Typofonderie sells type families in Std and Pro versions, with different character coverage and OpenType features. Try-out fonts are free for internal evaluation. Production use needs a paid licence, and webfont purchases supply separate files for self-hosting.
Choose Std or Pro
Each family compares its character set, languages and features. Std offers fewer features and more limited language coverage; Pro adds family-specific typographic options. After purchase, fonts appear together by family in your account’s library.
Try-out files install as OTF fonts on Windows or Mac, but have a reduced character set and are limited to internal, noncommercial tests. The font-version guide currently lists no separate free fonts.
For a website, the self-hosted package includes WOFF and WOFF2 files, CSS examples and web specimens. Its licence depends on domains and pageviews and does not include desktop installation. Additional sites or projects need separate coverage.
Strengths
- Family pages compare Std and Pro character coverage and features.

Watch out for
- Try-out fonts have reduced glyph sets and evaluation-only use.
