What it does

Ubeya manages event and contingent workforces through scheduling, worker communication and time records. Gradual Check Availability releases shift offers in waves to an audience the administrator selects or filters.

Choose the eligible workers before using Gradual Check Availability. Ubeya orders offers with Smart Ranking and expands the audience every thirty minutes if needed. Offers stop when the shift is filled or applications reach twice the required headcount. Check bookings separately from applications; receiving enough applications does not mean every place is filled. Auto-Book is optional.

Booking indications check the previous, current and next day's shifts for overlap, another assignment on the same date or a gap below eight hours. Several warnings can accompany one booking. Review them before finalizing the roster.
