What it does
Ulaa includes tracker and ad blocking and separate browser modes for work, personal use, development and other workflows.
Ulaa's modes affect browsing behavior, not just appearance. Personal mode includes tracking prevention, Work mode can block distracting sites, and Open Season mode disables ad and tracker blockers for compatibility. That gives a clear first decision: choose the mode for the task and check the protections it actually enables.
Zoho also integrates sign-in to its own applications. If you already use those services, evaluate that convenience alongside the mode's privacy settings rather than assuming all browser contexts share the same behavior.
Zoho's privacy page describes server statistics associated with randomized identifiers and says browser and profile identifiers reset on launch. That description is separate from signing in to Zoho applications or enabling multi-device sync.

- Explicit modes for different browsing tasks

Watch out for
- Open Season mode deliberately disables ad and tracker blockers
