What it does
Unicode Explorer lets you search by character or code point, browse Unicode blocks and decode the characters in a text string.
Paste a character into Unicode Explorer when its appearance does not identify it, or search by a code point such as U+0042. The result leads to its Unicode properties and related block. For a longer passage, use the text decoder: paste the string and choose Decode to see a row for each character, its code point and its name. That table helps locate an unexpected character within otherwise familiar text. The block and emoji browsers offer another way to find related entries.
