Paying an F24

In the app, use Pagamenti, Fai un Pagamento, then F24. Choose Ordinario, Semplificato or Elide, and either enter the form or import a PDF. Check the fields before approving with biometrics or Mobile Code. On the website, the route is Operazioni, F24, with a one-time password for approval.

You can pay on the day or select a later date. The resulting receipt is stored in Archivio Pagamenti. PagoPA notices, CBILL bills and postal slips have their own payment functions, so use the one matching the document.

Account choice matters

Genius buddy has a €0 monthly fee, including multichannel banking and the annual fee for one MyOne debit card. The digital card has no issue charge. A physical card costs €3.50 to issue plus €5.70 ordinary postage. Online SEPA transfers and withdrawals at UniCredit ATMs are free. It is for adults resident in Italy and can have up to four joint holders; further debit cards carry a €22 annual fee.

The conventional Genius account costs €1.90 monthly. Its October 2026 tariff waives that fee with at least €750 in qualifying salary, pension or recurring credited transfers. Its optional unlimited online SEPA transfer package costs a further €2 monthly, can be canceled at any time and has a three-year duration.

New Genius applicants can use the online application with identification and a digital signature; existing UniCredit customers are directed to a branch. Existing customers applying for Genius buddy use the app.

Getting digital access

The app requires the Banca Multicanale service and an eligible account or bank-issued prepaid card with an IBAN. Enrollment provides a Codice di Adesione, the customer identification code, and a PIN, with a security method for transaction approval. Payment limits can be changed under Profilo, Impostazioni, Limiti e operatività rapporti in the app. Digital Mailbox keeps banking documents available to read or sign.
