What it does
SOONER combines a curated subscription film library with individual rentals, collections and cinema writing.
Choose Subscription or Rental for the film you want: they are different catalogues. SOONER+ adds monthly rental tickets, but some titles cannot be rented with those tickets and are marked at payment. The FAQ gives a rental 30 days before first play, then 48 hours to watch after starting.
The service describes offline viewing through its supported player, rather than an unrestricted video file you can move to a USB drive or disc. Its FAQ lists up to five screens and three simultaneous subscription screens. Check the particular plan and device before relying on those allowances; country eligibility remains a separate question.
Strengths
- The interface clearly separates subscription and rental browsing.
