What it does
Unocoin is an Indian crypto platform with instant buying and selling, spot markets grouped by INR, BTC and USDT, and bank withdrawals in rupees. It also offers recurring purchase products and a trading API. Accounts require contact, identity and bank verification.
Selling a holding starts in Portfolio: select the cryptocurrency, choose Sell, enter the amount and review the order. Once the sale has completed, the rupee balance can be withdrawn to the verified bank account. Unocoin describes IMPS and NEFT withdrawal routes, which makes the platform relevant to customers moving between crypto and an Indian bank.
Instant buying and selling sit alongside spot markets. The INR, BTC and USDT market tabs help locate the intended trading pair, while the API serves users who need market data or programmatic trading. A recurring purchase is a separate product from placing a one-off market order.
There are transaction charges, and the fee page adds 18% IGST to the transaction fee. Inspect the live rate for the selected coin and service before ordering. The same page lists a 0.0001 BTC monthly custodial charge for inactive trading accounts, including GST; leaving a balance untouched can therefore have a cost.
Registration includes email and mobile verification, PAN and Aadhaar checks, and bank-account verification for INR withdrawals. External crypto transfers have network charges, whereas transfers to another Unocoin user by registered mobile number are listed as free.
