What it does

Upgates combines a hosted storefront with catalog, order and language management. Standard plans share the core features; product capacity, languages and separately billed connections affect the cost.

Supplier feeds need a matching rule before they need a schedule. Upgates matches products and variants by code; supplier prefixes can prevent collisions.

In the Czech administration, open Produkty > Import and choose +Nový. Select the format, upload a file or enter its URL, and choose whether to create products, update them, or both. Set a one-off, daily or hourly run. Check the detailed settings before the feed changes your live catalog. Missing items can be ignored, deactivated or archived; CSV applies these actions to products, while XML also covers variants. The import row's statistics show errors and warnings.

Plan Monthly price, excluding VAT Products Languages
Bronze EUR 19 100 1
Silver EUR 49 1,000 2
Gold EUR 69 5,000 5
Platinum EUR 139 50,000 Unlimited
Exclusive From EUR 420 Agreed capacity Agreed scope

Annual payment reduces the standard rates. Automated imports cost another EUR 15 a month for up to five connections or EUR 40 for six or more; an accounting connection counts too. Client API access starts at EUR 5 a month.

An account is required. The 30-day trial ends unless you fund the wallet; an unfunded account then allows only the owner to log in to recharge it.

Strengths

  • Supplier prefixes help keep overlapping product codes separate
  • Standard plans share the core store functions

Watch out for

  • Scheduled imports and API access add to the subscription cost
  • CSV missing-item actions do not cover variants

Best for

  • Stores maintaining several supplier catalogs and language versions
