What it does

Basin collects website form submissions through hosted endpoints and also offers a form builder. Its dashboard manages responses, spam filters, notifications and file uploads, with webhooks and integrations on paid plans. Free includes one form, 50 monthly submissions, 100 MB of file storage and 30-day retention.

Connect an existing form or build one

Point the action URL of an existing HTML form at its Basin endpoint. The frontend can remain in the website's current stack, while Basin receives responses and handles the submission workflow. Configure notifications and file handling in the dashboard, then review the received submissions in the inbox. A hosted or embedded form builder is also available.

Size the plan around collection and retention

Free allows one form and 50 monthly submissions, retaining them for 30 days. Starter raises this to three forms and 250 submissions, with 365-day retention. Growth allows unlimited forms, 1,000 submissions per month and unlimited retention, and adds API access, webhooks, Google Sheets and autoresponses.

Pro raises the response allowance to 5,000; Agency to 25,000. Paid-plan overages are billed rather than stopping collection, and spam does not count toward submission usage. A 14-day paid-feature trial is separate from the permanent Free plan. Create the account with Google or email through the sign-up form.
