What it does
Useberry combines usability tests, information-architecture studies and live interviews. You can import prototypes from Figma or ProtoPie, test a website and inspect recordings, clicks and task results. Its Free plan includes ten responses a month, one project, three versions and five study blocks.
Choose a test around the question
Card Sorting examines how people group content; Tree Test checks navigation labels; First Click reveals the first action; and the 5 Second Test captures an initial impression. Single Task measures completion of a specific job. These methods can use imported designs or a live website.
Response and interview allowances
| Plan | Published annual-billing price | Included usage |
|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | 10 responses/month, 1 project and 5 blocks |
| Growth | €83/month, €996/year | 300 responses and 5 interviews/month |
| Business | €659/month | 2,000 responses and 50 interviews/month |
| Enterprise | Custom | Larger annual response and team allowances |
The response quota applies to your own audience; Participant Pool recruitment is a separate route. Viewers do not occupy paid team seats.
Create an account, import the prototype or website, assemble the relevant blocks and distribute the study link. Use Recordings to revisit a session, Click Tracking to inspect interactions and User Flows to see the path through a task. Tags and Highlight Reels help organize selected recording moments on paid plans.
