What it does
Bubbles is an AI notetaker that joins calendar meetings to record, transcribe, and produce summaries and action items. It also offers async video, screen recording, and a browser extension for capturing live meetings. It is aimed at teams and individuals who want fewer calls and clearer follow-ups.
Bubbles connects to your calendar and sends a Notetaker to record, transcribe, and take notes. After the meeting, you get a summary and action items by email, and if you use Google Calendar, the notes appear on the calendar event. Recordings live in one workspace where you can organize, search, and share them with teammates or guests. You can also comment or reply on meeting videos instead of holding another call. The free Basic plan includes 30 minutes per recording, five meeting recordings per week, and unlimited screen recordings, but Bubbles locks after two weeks. Paid plans add unlimited recording length, unlimited meeting recordings, AI transcripts, and control over which meetings the Notetaker joins. Bubbles is SOC2 Type II certified. A browser extension lets you record live meetings or your screen and voice from the browser. Check that your meeting platform is supported and that your team is comfortable with a bot joining calls.
