What it does
Userbrain runs unmoderated usability tests on websites, apps and prototypes. Participants complete tasks independently while recording their screen and voice. The service includes panel recruitment, invited testers, templates, automated analysis and shareable clips, with a 30-day trial containing two panel tests.
Create a test from a template or add tasks and questions, then choose a device and audience. Panel filters cover demographics, language and screening questions; an invitation link lets you bring your own participants. Each panel session produces a five-to-twenty-minute screen-and-audio recording of someone working through the tasks.
Notes can be attached to timestamps and turned into clips. Reports summarize tasks and responses, while Ask Userbrain answers questions about sessions with linked clips, quotations and timestamps. Videos, comments and test details can be downloaded.

Panel tester payment is included. Invited sessions do not consume the panel balance. Unused included testers expire at the end of their billing cycle, and extra testers can be purchased on Flex. Starter and Plus also limit the number of teammates who can create tests; guest viewers are unlimited.
Choose Start free trial to register. The trial provides Flex features for 30 days and two panel testers without a credit card. It is temporary access, not a continuing free plan.
