What it does
Positive User connects email campaigns, customer data and automated follow-up across several messaging channels. It is the current offer for new Sarbacane customers, while existing Sarbacane accounts continue separately. A seven-day trial includes the platform's features and add-ons without a credit card.
Positive User's visual builder connects triggers, delays, conditions, messages, and CRM updates. For example, a welcome flow can change direction after a click or purchase instead of delivering every message on an unchanged schedule.
The main Marketing Suite plans include 5,000 emails a month and unlimited contact storage, with different automation and user limits:
| Plan | Monthly price when billed annually | Active workflows | Included users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Campaigns | EUR 69 | 5 | 1 |
| Marketing Automation Suite | EUR 199 | 20 | 2 |
| Customer Engagement Platform | EUR 499 | 100 | 2 |
Monthly billing is also available. Broader tracking, segmentation and channel features depend on the package, and add-ons are billed per user. Count the messages each journey will send before choosing a plan.
An existing Sarbacane customer can try Positive User in a separate account. Positive User says Sarbacane remains supported and current accounts keep their conditions; a website redirect does not migrate their data.
Register with your name, email and password, or use Google or Microsoft AD. The trial lets you explore the CRM and automation tools before choosing the features needed for continuing use.

- One visual flow can coordinate messaging and CRM updates
- Existing Sarbacane customers can explore the newer platform independently
Watch out for
- Unlimited contact storage does not remove message, workflow, or seat limits
Best for
- Marketing teams connecting newsletter follow-up with broader customer journeys
