What it does
Userfeel provides usability studies, surveys and participant recruitment, with screen-and-audio recordings and assisted analysis. Its Free account includes three monthly credits for unmoderated tests with your own participants. Paid annual plans add panel recruitment, more seats and broader research methods.
Userfeel supports testing websites and prototypes on desktop, mobile and tablets. You can recruit from its panel or invite existing users through a unique link or emailed invitations. Session recordings capture the screen and spoken feedback; exports include recordings and raw results in text and CSV formats.

Choose Request FREE account to start with the limited account, or select a paid plan. The pricing table assigns one credit to a 20-minute panel session and three to a 60-minute panel session. Bringing your own participant uses fewer credits. Paid credits are valid for a year, and unused-credit refunds are available within 90 days with any discount reversed.
Use the plan table when deciding on seats and methods: free signup does not include panel recruitment, moderated research or the paid AI tools.
