What it does
Userlytics runs usability studies of websites, apps and prototypes, using its participant panel or people you recruit yourself. It combines moderated and unmoderated sessions with recordings, annotations, transcripts and analysis tools. Project-based purchases do not require a subscription; ongoing and self-recruitment plans are also available.
From a session recording to a finding
Userlytics can record a participant's screen, webcam and spoken comments together. Annotations mark moments in the recording and can become clips or highlight reels. Branching logic changes the study path according to an answer, while card sorting and tree testing examine navigation structure.
Choose how participants will be supplied
| Route | Buying arrangement |
|---|---|
| Project Based | No subscription, with a minimum purchase of five sessions |
| Enterprise | Annual plan with volume-based session pricing |
| Self-Recruitment | Subscription for studies using your own participants |
| Limitless | Custom quote for unlimited concurrent tests and seats |
The Self-Recruitment offering starts at $699 per month, paid annually. The pricing page's plan descriptions contain differing seat and participant allowances, so get the included quantities confirmed in your quote.
Use Book a Free Demo to discuss the study and recruitment route. The customer platform and the Get Paid to Test participant application are separate. ULX is Userlytics' own benchmark; its score is not interchangeable with another provider's scale.
