What it does

Userpilot combines product analytics, user feedback, session replay and engagement tools. Events, profiles and segments can support adoption questions, while flows and messages provide a separate way to respond.

Userpilot connects product analytics with session replay, feedback and in-app engagement. Install its tracking snippet or SDK and verify incoming activity before building reports. User and company properties supplied through the SDK or API provide context for grouping behavior.

Build a product funnel

On Growth or Enterprise, open Funnels, or choose Saved Reports > Create Report. Select user or company analysis and add up to 10 steps from events, pages, mobile screens or engagement activity. Set whether steps must happen in order, and whether the conversion window uses elapsed time or sessions.

Step filters can use event properties; global filters use user, company and segment conditions. Select Run Query to produce the report. Date comparison and step, trend or metric views let you examine the conversion result and time taken.

Plan Selected scope
Starter In-app engagement, usage trends and NPS; starts at 2,000 monthly active users
Growth Adds advanced analytics, autocapture and 5,000 monthly session replays
Enterprise Larger replay allowance, mobile support and additional data integrations

Paid subscriptions have a 14-day trial without a card. Workspace access uses teammate accounts and assigned roles.
