What it does
Utdanning.no is a Norwegian public education and career-information service. It links occupations with study options, apprenticeships and comparison tools, alongside interest-based guidance, interview practice and application-writing support.
Start with an occupation if you want to understand the route into a kind of work. If you have no role in mind, Jobbkompasset and the interest tools provide a different starting point. The comparison function brings education and occupation information together, including labour-market measures to investigate in context.
Vocational routes have dedicated guidance for trade qualifications and approved apprenticeship businesses, while other tools explain access to higher education. Career preparation also includes interview questions, ways to describe your skills and a first-draft application tool. Review any draft against your own experience before using it. The site’s separate study and career resources are useful for a decision that involves both future work and the qualification needed to pursue it.
