What it does
UXCam combines session replay, heatmaps, journeys, funnels, retention and issue analytics for mobile apps and websites. Its Tara AI analyst highlights changes with supporting sessions. A limited free mobile-app plan is available alongside subscriptions quoted by monthly session volume.
UXCam connects product metrics with the sessions behind them. In a funnel, compare conversion rates by event, device, user property or date range. Clicking the upper, drop-off part of the graph opens abandoned sessions; the lower part opens successful ones. An ordered funnel also reports average time to conversion, which is useful for a task such as registration.
Heatmaps can compare releases, while journeys and retention reports show paths and return visits. Tara AI provides recurring analysis and links to the sessions behind a change. The platform covers mobile and web, so teams can inspect the experience appropriate to each device.
Create an account through Start free trial. The 14-day trial begins after integration and the first session upload, with no card required. The free mobile plan has 3,000 monthly sessions, two app keys and one dashboard with up to six reports; it excludes heatmaps, funnels and exports. Capture stops when its allowance is used. Paid pricing depends on session volume, and usage beyond a paid plan can incur overages. Request a quote through Subscription in the account or the pricing page.
