Core costs $2 per user per month with a $50 minimum and includes 3 locations, 10 departments, unlimited leave policies and holidays, leave balance and request reports, notice period automation, and ADP, Zapier, OpenAPI and MCP integrations. Complete costs $4 per user per month with a $100 minimum and adds unlimited locations and departments, all 7 automations, advanced policies such as accruals, hourly tracking and TOIL, multi-level and substitute approvals, scheduled leave reports, shared calendars, and priority support. Both plans start with a free 14-day trial and no credit card is required. The homepage says setup takes less than 5 minutes and that 3,500+ companies track PTO with Vacation Tracker. Mobile apps are available for iOS and Android. The site does not state whether the software is open source, so that remains unknown.
