What it does

Veeqo combines orders from online stores and marketplaces for shipping. Its free Shipping plan covers labels and rate comparison; paid plans add inventory synchronization, forecasting and guided picking. Sellers can use it without selling on Amazon, and plans allow unlimited users, warehouse locations and SKUs.

Veeqo brings orders from channels such as Shopify, eBay and Amazon into a shared shipping workflow. Free Shipping access covers rate comparison and label purchasing. Paid Inventory and High Volume subscriptions extend the work into stock synchronization and warehouse picking.

Pick with a phone or scanner

In the mobile app, open Orders and choose Pick orders. Veeqo presents the items to collect; scan a saved product barcode or tap to confirm the pick. Completing the batch marks its orders as picked, ready for packing and dispatch.

Pick to Order assigns a separate tote to each order. Scanning that tote at the packing station retrieves the corresponding order for label purchase. Single Tote Picking collects a batch together and requires sorting at packing. The default batch is ten orders, capped at twenty items, so orders with several different items can reduce the number in a batch.

Which work is free?

Plan Scope
Shipping Free shipping software and rate comparison
Inventory Paid stock synchronization, forecasting and digital picking
High Volume Adds NetSuite integration, priority support and API consulting

All three allow unlimited users, warehouse locations and products. Paid-plan usage counts imported orders across connected sales channels, while Amazon-fulfilled FBA orders are excluded from chargeable volume. Postage is still purchased separately.

An account is required, but an Amazon selling account is not. A business choosing the paid warehouse tools should count all orders it intends to import, rather than only the labels it expects to buy through Veeqo.

Strengths

  • Free shipping access is available to sellers outside Amazon
  • Picking can keep multi-item orders in separate totes
  • Paid usage excludes orders already fulfilled through Amazon FBA

Watch out for

  • Inventory synchronization and digital picking require a paid plan
  • Paid volume combines imported orders from all connected channels

Best for

  • Multichannel sellers moving from label purchasing into coordinated stock and warehouse picking
