What it does
Velo brings price, open interest, funding and liquidity-related views into a configurable chart workspace. It also provides market-data APIs for futures, options and spot analysis.
Build a chart workspace around the indicators you follow
Velo's chart interface supports four saved layouts with up to 16 panes. Switch coins and timeframes to compare price with open interest or funding. A toolbar control adds heatmaps, with settings for their type, color theme and scale. The documented liquidation and take-profit/stop-loss heatmaps are specific to selected Hyperliquid charts.
Price and open-interest alerts let you choose the direction of a threshold crossing. Volume and liquidation alerts fire when activity rises through a threshold; choose total, buy or sell activity and the measurement period. Threshold lines can be moved on the chart. Telegram delivery requires linking a Velo account to its bot.
Request selected market data as CSV
The API returns market-data rows as CSV. Requests select products or coins, exchanges, columns, a time range and a resolution. Authentication uses an API key.
API subscriptions differ in historical reach: monthly billing includes three months of history, while yearly billing includes the full available history. The documented limits are 120 requests per 30 seconds and 22,500 values per request. Plan the time range and columns together so a request fits that output limit.
Strengths
- Saved layouts and multiple panes support comparisons between market indicators.
- Alert conditions include direction, period and buy/sell activity.
- CSV API outputs can be shaped by market, time range and selected columns.
Watch out for
- Monthly API subscriptions include only three months of history.
- Some liquidation and take-profit/stop-loss heatmaps are limited to selected Hyperliquid charts.
Best for
- Analysts following price, open interest and funding together
- Developers collecting selected exchange-market series as CSV
