What it does

Verifalia checks email addresses from uploaded files, an API or a website widget. You can choose deeper retries for temporary mailbox problems, with higher quality levels using more credits. Its Free account receives 25 credits each day, and non-expiring credit packs can supplement that allowance.

Choose a Verifalia quality level around the condition being investigated. Standard performs one pass, High performs three and Extreme performs nine, with different waiting periods for slow or temporarily unavailable mail exchangers. Their cost is one, two and four credits per address respectively. A temporary mailbox or server condition therefore calls for a different processing choice from a simple syntax check.

The service spends the plan's daily credits before purchased credits. Unused daily credits expire at the end of the day; purchased packs do not. The Free plan supplies 25 credits daily, so that allowance covers fewer than 25 addresses if higher-cost quality levels are chosen. Bulk uploads accept several file formats with a 100 MB file-size limit, and API integration requires development work on the customer's side.

The signup form asks for a work email, password and whether you are registering as an individual or company. Company registration also requests business and tax details. Once signed in, use Validate a list for uploads or obtain access for the API or widget; the free account includes these routes.

Strengths

  • Quality levels expose the trade-off between retry depth, time and credits
  • A recurring daily allowance and non-expiring purchased packs can be combined

Watch out for

  • Unused daily plan credits do not roll over
  • Higher quality levels consume two or four credits per address

Best for

  • Teams separating routine address checks from retries for temporary mail-server conditions
