What it does

Vevox collects audience polls, questions and survey responses for classes and meetings. Its PowerPoint add-in connects a presenter account to the session. A continuing free plan supports up to 100 participants.

Open the Vevox icon in PowerPoint, choose Get Started, sign in and select a session. You can also create one with the plus button. Start Session enables collection; an inactive session cannot receive answers.

Keep each poll's question and result slides together. Advancing to its question opens voting; Enter closes it. Turn off Display results on poll close to hide the tally from participants. Returning to that question slide reopens voting automatically, so avoid navigating back merely to review its wording. Results placeholders appear during the slideshow even when hidden in normal editing view.
