What it does

Viraly provides social scheduling, analytics and team review, with visible states for drafts, approvals and publishing failures. A free account includes three social profiles, one link-in-bio page and two weeks of analytics. Paid packages add capacity and team tools.

A Published status in Viraly can still carry an orange warning when some destinations failed. Check which channels succeeded before preparing another copy. Posts are read-only while Processing or Publishing; for a failed post, choose Edit, correct the reported issue, save and reschedule it.

Business and higher plans add approval workflows. Choose every selected approver or a minimum number of approvals; a rejection returns the post to Draft, while completed approval moves it to Scheduled.

Slack gives reviewers another place to handle that work. In Settings > Slack, connect the workspace and assign each event a destination channel. Use the paper-airplane button to send a test message. The bot must belong to the selected channel, and an approver's Slack email must match their Viraly account and appear on the post's approver list. Approval requests and failures are initially enabled; success notifications are optional.

Paid packages expand capacity:

Plan Social profiles Posts per month Analytics history
Influencer 5 200 6 months
Business 15 500 12 months
Agency 50 Unlimited 2 years
Enterprise 150 Unlimited 2 years

Business includes three team members, while Agency and Enterprise allow unlimited members. Additional social profiles can be purchased on paid plans.

Strengths

  • Partial failures identify the destinations that still need attention
  • Slack routes approvals and publishing alerts to separate channels

Watch out for

  • Processing and Publishing lock posts against edits or deletion
  • Approval workflows require Business or a higher plan

Best for

  • Social teams reviewing approvals and failures across several brand profiles
