A Vista Social approval can involve one internal reviewer or a sequence of internal and external steps. For an agency announcement, the editor can review first and the client can make the final decision through a shared calendar link. Multi-step workflows require Advanced or above; the Professional plan supports the single-step internal route.

Configure the steps before assigning the new post. A workflow cannot be swapped while that post remains in review, and removing an assigned reviewer invalidates the workflow until a replacement is set. That is a useful handover check when someone leaves a client team.

Timing matters during review: approving a post whose scheduled time has passed publishes it immediately. Reviewers should change the date before approving when the intended moment has been missed. Support is provided through email and training resources rather than phone or live chat, which matters for a time-sensitive approval process.

For a multi-stage review, go to Settings > Publishing Settings > Approval Workflows, add the workflow and name its steps and reviewers. After composing a new post, use Assign > Assign to workflow, select the route and schedule it. Reviewers find waiting posts through the calendar's In Review filter, then approve, reject with a note or edit the post.

Scale can add profiles in blocks of ten and buy extra users. Start the trial by choosing a plan and creating an account with email and password. Account > Plan & Billing contains the Upgrade option; trial data is kept for 30 days after expiry.
